The Lapis Ball is the Aga Khan Museum’s signature event. Hosted annually by Prince Amyn Aga Khan, the Lapis Ball is a remarkable evening of international performances, exhibitions, and cuisine that demonstrates how cultures are more alike than different.
On September 27, 2019 we were joined by 350 supporters from around the world for an evening that highlighted the tremendous impact that the Museum has had in the past five years. The Lapis Ball showcases the Museum’s innovative programmatic offerings that educate and promote understanding by exemplifying the dialogue of cultures that has always existed through the arts . Through the generous support of its guests the Lapis Ball raised $685,000 that will allow the Museum to continue to advance its mission of Changing Perceptions.
Thank you for your support of the Aga Khan Museum.
We would like to extend special thanks to our generous event sponsors and dedicated Lapis Ball Committee.
