ONLINE VISIT GUIDELINES

  • After you register, you will be granted access to the virtual tour and interactive elements and a detailed Teacher Resource Package.

  • The length of the Virtual Tour element, composed of pre-recorded videos with a Museum educator and interactive responses, is 40 mins. Optional workshops and extension activities may take another 30-40 mins, depending on the program.

  • The Teacher Resource Package will provide you with background on the program along with Ontario Curriculum links and resources for extended learning.

  • From your chosen date of registration, you and your students will have access to the platform for two weeks.


NEXT STEPS

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice with a booking number. On your chosen date of registration, you will receive your login details and link to the platform. Your login will give you access to the course platform, as well as the accompanying Teacher Resource Package, for two weeks. After two weeks, your login access will expire.

PAYMENT

Schools will be charged based on a class of no more than 30 participants (including students, teachers, and other staff).

There is a flat rate of $200 per class to register and participate in the virtual online programming.

After booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice with a booking number and receipt.

Please note that complete payment is due on your chosen date of registration.


METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can make your payment:

  1. Online
    1. Use the booking link below and pay by credit card.
    2. If your school is part of the online payment system, simply select “The Aga Khan Museum” from your list of vendors.
  2. Phone
    Pay by credit card over the phone by calling the Education Department at 416 646 4677 ext.7726.

  3. By direct deposit
    Please email us at learn@agakhanmuseum.org and we will send you the necessary banking details in order to process payment.

  4. By mail
    We accept school/company cheque. Please make your payment to “The Aga Khan Museum” and mail to:

  • After booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice with a booking number.

  • Please note that complete payment is due on the day of your visit for the number of students confirmed via booking invoice.
