Make digital music inspired by the Museum! Instructor Chris Ak takes the lead in this workshop designed especially for youth ages 14–16. Enjoy an introduction to such topics as podcast and soundscape creation. Then, test out our tech while you arrange your own musical masterpieces!

Watch artists create, teach, learn, and present during their short-term residencies at the Aga Khan Museum. While in residence, artists may participate in panel discussions and lecture demonstrations, and take part in the Hive Jam Sessions with local artists.

The Aga Khan Museum’s Education and Scholarly Programs and Performing Arts Departments jointly present live performances tailored for school audiences. Prepare yourself for new sights and sounds — and a new understanding of world cultures.

Customize your own visit, or choose from a roster of Aga Khan Museum School Programs. A two-hour program includes discovery in the Museum’s exhibitions and an activity in the Education Centre. Students have the chance to experiment with materials and processes, learn new skills, explore cross-curricular connections, and make new works of art to take home with them.

All visits and programs are available throughout the school year for pre-booking Mondays to Fridays, 10 am–12 pm or 1–3 pm. Please inquire regarding full-day programs and the flexibility of visit times.

Cost: $8 per student; teachers and chaperones gain free admission. Please ensure your school visits are booked two weeks before your visit.

If you are requesting a full-day program and need lunch options, please contact us at learn@agakhanmuseum.org.
