A former soloist at the Ballet Nacional de España, Tovar’s breathtaking technique and beautiful lines are sure to inspire and guide you in your own dance practice.

Tovar will lead two studio sessions:

  • Beginner/Intermediate: Sunday, Nov. 24, 12:30 – 2 pm
  • Intermediate/Advanced: Sunday, Nov. 24, 2:15 – 3:45 pm

Both classes will be held at Gotta Dance at 3581 Dundas St. West.

This workshop is part of the Museum’s 5th annual international Duende: Flamenco Festival, celebrating Flamenco music, dance, and culture, and is part of our 2019/20 Performing Arts season, Listening to Each Other, which pays tribute to the role of the performing arts in connecting communities, preserving culture, and spurring social change.
